What is included in the set?
The base Chess360° Set includes all core board elements needed to build and enjoy your Chess360° Set yourself. You only need wood glue and a brush.
What do the add-ons mean?
Assembly, colouring, and engraving are optional upgrades.
Can I choose colours?
Yes, choose your colour direction in the configuration tool.
Why is engraving recommended on white tiles?
Dark-on-dark engraving can become subtle. White tiles produce much stronger contrast and cleaner visibility.
Can you help with the designs?
Yes, we can - but only to some extent. We love handcrafted and personal designs and will help you realise yours. Please understand we cannot go back and forth on many revisions - you will need to trust our craftsmanship.
What should be avoided in the engravings?
Please do not use any third-party logos. Chess360° does not take responsibility for brand infringements. Also note that the logo is typically placed around the keyhole - avoid overly intricate details that could break off. Less is more!
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We aim to ship worldwide. Previously, shipping within the EU was approximately EUR 16-25, EUR 30-50 to the US, and around EUR 50 to Australia and Asia. We are currently working on faster and cheaper shipping options and will confirm final pricing before checkout.
Is online ordering already open?
Online checkout is not open yet. We are currently collecting pre-order reservations while finalising checkout and shipping setup.
